After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive access to your secure Client Portal where you will find intake questionnaires, consent forms, and additional information.
Lab testing is needed to be able to develop your unique treatment plan. Once you have signed the consent forms, Dr. Whelan will place orders for you to have blood tests done at your convenience.
Dr. Whelan will review your intake forms and questionnaires, medical history, lab test results, and your goals for treatment prior to your initial consultation.
At your initial consultation, Dr. Whelan will review all of the information you have provided, and your lab test results, and perform any additional evaluation needed. Based on your goals and specific biology, he will create an individualized treatment plan for you.
With our concierge subscription service, you will be able to contact Dr. Whelan directly 24/7 via phone, email, secure messaging through your Client Portal, and telehealth videoconferencing.
